About me :

As a food Technologist, Laboratory Technologist (BTech) and passionate food lover, I am thrilled to embark on a new journey in the restaurant industry. My extensive experience in food science, quality control, and product development has given me a unique perspective on creating delicious and innovative dishes but also promote healthy eating .

Since 2008, as a 12 hours shift worker and a Pastor's wife I started weekly to monthly meal preps or ready to eat or drink meals, inasmuch a way that they are not over cooked and nutrients are maintained as much as possible. Of cause not changing the taste too. I was also preparing food as gifts for my department and other departments., church parties and for members and friends. Lastly I developed products with natural ingredients as tea, drinks, juices, smoothies to boost immune systems and control chemical residue in our body or blood, due to the exposure to Laboratory chemical hazards.

My fresh and tasty products meet the demands of every occasion with style and grace. I’ve been creating lasting impressions and memorable experiences for all the above mentioned groups.

Some few years ago when our I noticed there was something missing in the Accra-Tema community and decided to do something about it. She had notice increase in usage of artificial or harmful spices for cooking especially food dealers, restaurants. At the market one can find all sort of spices with sodium glutamate etc. She said, "I am afraid few years to come there will be an increase in weakness, high blood pressure and many more.

All these passion and concern lead her to start a home cooking meal business taking into consideration the customer's health and wellbeing. I have also created a blog for knowledge and information. Hence Creative Food Service was born out of necessity, innovation, and putting the needs of people first.

The Business :

Creative Foods Delivery is a meal-to-go or a meal-prep business which prepares home-cooked or pre-made meals on demand and deliver to the customer per order. Leverage on on-line space. This meal-delivery services give delicious and nutritious cuisines based on a diet plan, that limits bad choices and favour better options.
